The place is excellent, and Lu is an amazing instructor — not to mention a truly special person. She treats you like a friend, not just another client. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does, including each class. She ensures that every session is different and that you work every part of your body. She spends as much time as necessary on each class, even if that means going beyond the scheduled time. If you’re looking for a different training experience and want to challenge yourself, Lu’s classes come highly recommended!

As we holiday annually in Port Douglas it was awesome to have the opportunity to purchase a weekly class pass at Forbes Fit. The classes were expertly instructed by Lucy with an extremely welcoming vibe from Lucy as well as all the regular class attendees. I recommend anyone whom visits the beautiful PD region and wants to continue their fitness routine (or commence one) to get in touch with ForbesFit as it was one of the highlights of my recent stay and I will grab a weekly pass again next year. If you're looking for a fitness class that actually makes you want to show up (yes, even on Mondays), this is it. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with high energy, great music, and a community that cheers louder than your inner doubts. But the real magic? The people. This group isn’t just a class; it’s a crew. We laugh, we groan, we celebrate each other’s progress—even if that progress is just making it through the warm-up without collapsing (been there). I leave every session a little stronger, a lot sweatier, and with a big smile on my face. 10/10 would recommend—unless you hate fun, progress, and feeling like a total badass.
