METCON is a high-intensity class that combines functional strength training with cardiovascular conditioning to ramp up your metabolism and elevate your overall fitness. This full-body workout focuses on everything from muscular strength and endurance to flexibility, agility, speed, and coordination. Prepare for a calorie-torching, total-body workout that incorporates a variety of formats like AMRAP, EMOM, TABATA, and Circuit Training. Whether you're targeting better endurance, improving athletic performance, or boosting your fitness, METCON keeps your body guessing with a diverse mix of functional equipment and exercises. Our METCON classes offer steady progression, making it ideal for both beginners and seasoned athletes. Each class pushes you to improve—regardless of where you're starting from—while providing a fun, energetic, and supportive environment. All of our classes are modifiable to fit your needs. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Reschedule These terms and conditions apply to our Class Pass 1.Class Pass Payments Our Class Passes can be purchased via the Forbes Fit website or Fit by Wix app using credit card. 2. Class Pass Expiry and Suspensions All of our Class Passes have a strict expiry date. The Pass start date will begin on the date of purchase and expire as follows: - 10 Class Pass (60 days expiry from purchase date) - 4 Class Pass (30 days expiry from purchase date) Clients are able to suspend their Class Pass for good reason at anytime during the Active time frame of the Pass by email to Forbes Fit at luforbesfitness@gmail.com or contacting us via the Fit by Wix App. To reactivate your pass you must again email us with a commencement date. Your pass will then be reactivated and the expiry date extended. Any class credits that remain on a Class Pass once it has expired are deemed lost. It is the responsibility of the Pass Holder to manage their Pass and contact us BEFORE it expires for a possible extension. Once it has expired there is nothing we can do. *Class Passes are strictly to be used by 1 member only. Class Passes are not transferable. Weekly Membership Terms and Conditions These terms apply to all of members joining our weekly membership option. 1. Membership Payments The individuals membership will begin from the date the client purchased their membership through the Forbes Fit website or Fit by Wix app. The clients payments will commence immediately and will repeat each week on the same day as the initial sign up. Your membership will continue to charge automatic direct debits until the client requests to cancel their membership in line with cancellation policy in section 5 in full terms and conditions page. The client understands that Stripe is the payment processing provider. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other reason, the client may incur a fee from Stripe. If the client membership payment fails leading to an amount owing to Forbes Fit of $100.00 or more, the client will have 3 days to pay their outstanding balance. If the client fails to do so, access to the facility will be temporarily suspended. 2. Membership Inclusions This membership option will allow the client to have full access to the group fitness timetable. The client understands that they must book each class via the Forbes Fit website or Fit by Wix user app prior to attending the session.
